Mari Ferretti Swimwear is a US based brand which is locally made, with high quality Italian materials by expert artisans and finished with handcrafted details by the creative designer herself.  

Mari Ferretti – originally Georgian, moved to the US in 2011.  Mari was Liberal Arts Bachelor graduate but soon after graduation she changed her career path and followed her passion of making fashion. She was a thriving designer making bespoke clothing for high end clientele, and running her own studio back home, but after taking the opportunity and coming to America she had to start over everything.

 Soon after her arrival, she joined one of the very successful companies and started to help run the tailor shop with 15 tailors. In addition to a day job, she was always working on creative projects, making bespoke clothing and growing her clientele. Mari Ferretti got her Business Administration degree in the US and graduated from a couple programs in Fashion Institute of Technology also.

 Mari, who always dreamt of creating her own clothing line, became an entrepreneur and launched her own business a few years ago. She started small, and the smallest pieces happen to be swimwear apparel, being fully involved in the process of creating every collection. Sketching, patternmaking, sample making and every detail is thought and done by the head designer herself. 

Presently, Mari Ferretti Swimwear combines Swimwear and cover up pieces. The brand has a custom-made line also, where swimwear is adjusted in design or in the parameters according to customers’ needs and preferences. The highest values of the brand – quality, timelessness and elegance are beautifully combined with consciousness about sustainability to create high-end, very luxurious, unique and perfectly fitted apparel. The entire collection is made with the finest, sustainably made fabrics from Italy. The production is made in small quantities in New York, to avoid surplus inventory and each piece is meticulously finished with handmade details by the Designer herself.
